Impact Of Stress In Our life

What is stress? Any idea? Well I am sure you all know all about stress. Yes, I am not talking about the physical pressure on any object. Here, I am talking about the mental pressure. Yes, mental stress. A state of mental or emotional strain caused due to our surroundings or habits.
 In this competitive world, everyone is facing a little or more stress in his life. Someone is stressed due to his/her job or work, someone is stressed because of his family issues.

Someone is stressful due to broken heart. I mean, almost every second person in this world is stressful due to one or other issues. But the question is do we need to get stressed? What are its impact on our daily life and health?
Recent studies has come to a conclusion that almost 89% of the youth is stressed due to one or other reasons which is almost doubled than the last decade.
Why the youth is getting impacted by this much more than the older people?
To know the answer, University of  California did a survey on two teams of different age group. In this survey, one team has 10 members of age age group 20-30 and in other team 10 members of age group 35-50.  Research authorities monitored there daily routines especially diet and work environment for 15 days.
And the results were very unimaginable.   Why not you guy’s guess which team was better?   Well, I’ll tell you the result. As we previously thought that the team with the age group  20-30 should be happy then the other team. But, the result was totally opposite.  Beside of having a good lifestyle and economic health people with younger age group were more stressful and depressed from their life.
Most of the people were taking help of alcohol or other things to remove their stress.  This thing ruins their health and put them in more worst condition with passing time. Where as team with older age group was seems to be more relaxed and happy from their life. They were earning well, living life with many family responsibilities still happy and little satisfied. They were spending times with their families in the evening instead of spending them outsiders. Most importantly they were not regular drinkers or chain smokers like the younger team. Team with old age group were seems to be much relaxed instead of having much more troubles related to families and health or work as compared to younger group.

May be this is because of their maturity with time or their capability to adapt changes easily. So hope we know now, what we are doing with our life. Problems are part of our life but instead of getting stressed with this and make bad habits of regular drinking and smoking, we should try to live with peace and give priority to our Personal Care Products . In our next topic I will bring you the techniques to overcome the stress and live peacefully.
