How To Overcome stress
In my last blog, we discussed about the impact
of stress in our life. How the younger generation is much more impacted
with stress and mental health issues. Now we are going to give you information based
on real facts and researches that can help you overcome stress. And if you are
not stressed then it will keep stress away from your life.
The most important thing is to live in present. Let me
explain here, most of the stress is because of our thoughts related to future
or past in our life. So first thing what
we have to do is to stop overthinking which causes stress in our present
life.
Second thing is to do our karma without thinking of the results. We should tell ourselves that we are not
going to lose our peace no matter whatever the results are positive or
negative. We are not letting anything to
destroy our peace.
Now here is the main thing. Everything resides in our mind. It’s
a strongest weapon that human being can ever have. But the main thing is only
few people can control its power. So instead of letting your brain to control
you, better you learn to control it as per your needs. Our third method to
overcome stress is to control your mind.
It’s very common and everyone knows about it. We called it mediation.

Start to spend some time with yourself. Give at least 20
minutes to yourself in a day with no phone calls, no internet, no any friend or
relative around you. Get some fresh air in the morning. Try to go in a park or
garden. Walk on the grass barefooted.
Feel the dew drops on your feet. Inhale the fresh air. You can also meditate in
the park or garden that will be great. But, if not then simply spend some time
alone in the nature. Nature is the best remedy for your mental illness or
stress.
Spend time with kids, that will definitely make you smile
and let your forget your problems for at least few minutes. Play with them, be
like kids and laugh like them.
Sit close to your parents and grandparents. Go and talk to
them. Tell them what how was your day, ask them how was there day. Make jokes
of others. This will helps in maintaining peace and love within family which directly
makes you stress free. Give importance to each and every member of you family.
Most importantly do what you are passionate about. In our
daily life very few people are following the passion. It’s truth that our daily busy schedules are
make us so much tired that we can’t even have much time to do things what we
love. But, instead of wasting time on
internet and television we must make time to follow our passion. If you are
passionate for playing any sport then go and start playing for at least one
hour a day. It will not only make you happy but also lets your body release chemicals
in your body that will help you to release stress and makes healthy.
Make sure do some noble works for humanity like charity
food, clothes and other things which can change the life of some needy people.
This will make you feel alive from inside. You will feel happy and good from
inside.
Keeps distance from harmful things like drugs, smoking or
regular drinking? These things will not going to solve your problem in anyway.
So better do these things occasionally not daily or habitually.
One other important thing that you can do is to read any
good book which gives you positive vibes. You must read at least 15 minutes
before going to sleep. This will not
only help you to get better sleep but also makes you more positive for the next
day. There’s a scientific reason ne3hind this. If you make an habit of reading good
books before going to bed that thing will make an positive impact on your mind.
It helps you to forget all the negative things what happened in the whole day
and makes you feel positive for the next morning.
