Impact Of Stress In Our life

What is stress? Any idea? Well I am sure you all know all about stress. Yes, I am not talking about the physical pressure on any object. Here, I am talking about the mental pressure. Yes, mental stress. A state of mental or emotional strain caused due to our surroundings or habits.

 In this competitive world, everyone is facing a little or more stress in his life. Someone is stressed due to his/her job or work, someone is stressed because of his family issues.

Someone is stressful due to broken heart. I mean, almost every second person in this world is stressful due to one or other issues. But the question is do we need to get stressed? What are its impact on our daily life and health?

Recent studies has come to a conclusion that almost 89% of the youth is stressed due to one or other reasons which is almost doubled than the last decade.

Why the youth is getting impacted by this much more than the older people?

To know the answer, University of  California did a survey on two teams of different age group. In this survey, one team has 10 members of age age group 20-30 and in other team 10 members of age group 35-50.  Research authorities monitored there daily routines especially diet and work environment for 15 days.

And the results were very unimaginable.   Why not you guy’s guess which team was better?   Well, I’ll tell you the result. As we previously thought that the team with the age group  20-30 should be happy then the other team. But, the result was totally opposite.  Beside of having a good lifestyle and economic health people with younger age group were more stressful and depressed from their life.

Most of the people were taking help of alcohol or other things to remove their stress.  This thing ruins their health and put them in more worst condition with passing time. Where as team with older age group was seems to be more relaxed and happy from their life. They were earning well, living life with many family responsibilities still happy and little satisfied. They were spending times with their families in the evening instead of spending them outsiders. Most importantly they were not regular drinkers or chain smokers like the younger team. Team with old age group were seems to be much relaxed instead of having much more troubles related to families and health or work as compared to younger group.

May be this is because of their maturity with time or their capability to adapt changes easily. So hope we know now, what we are doing with our life. Problems are part of our life but instead of getting stressed with this and make bad habits of regular drinking and smoking, we should try to live with peace and give priority to our Personal Care Products . In our next topic I will bring you the techniques to overcome the stress and live peacefully.

True Story of Annabelle

We are living in 21sty century where science and technology has overtaken everything.  Religious and super naturals things are considered as illogical and myths. But, still there are many proofs which are present in this world that can assure anybody that supernatural power exists.

Here, I am going to talk about the most cursed doll in the world famous as Annabelle.  A Hollywood movie named The conjuring released in 2013 was a horror real story. In this film a cursed doll was shown like this.

But In actual, the original doll is as simple as other dolls. Directors made some changes in the doll’s design to make it more interesting for the film.

Let’s explore the true story now:

It begins in 1970, from a girl named Donna, a college student pursuing nursing. She loves to play with dolls so her mother gifted her a doll on her birthday. She had a roommate named Angie. They were sharing apartment during their nursing studies. They started to live together in the room and they love to play with that doll which was gifted by her mother.

 One day, Donna puts the doll on her bed and went to the kitchen to help Angie in cooking dinner.  But, when they were started to eat dinner in the living room she noticed that doll was on the chair instead of the bed in her room. She found it strange but didn’t told to the Angie about this.

 Then ,this started to happen daily. When she came back to room daily after college she found that doll was not in its place. She noticed that this is not fine now.  Doll moves itself from one to another place in the apartment. She told to Angie about this now as this has become so common now. After almost 2 weeks,  when Angie and Donna came back to home in the evening they found that lots of paper were spread on the floor in the living room with written help us on it.  One night Donna was alone at home.  She came late in night from a party. She found that doll was at the same place tonight. It doesn’t moved from the chair. But doll was looking very suspicious and horror.  So, she started to looking into her eyes carefully. Suddenly Donna noticed that doll was crying and blood was tearing down from its eyes. This incident completely afraid her. Now she decided to call a paranormal investigator to check this doll.

 A paranormal investigator uses his equipment’s to monitor the behavior of the doll. He told her that this doll contains a spirit of 7 years old little girl named “Annabelle Higgins”. Paranormal  investigator tries to contact with “Annabelle” and he succeeded. He asked her everything about how she died and why she is here after death. Than Annabelle tells him that she was died when she was of 7 years age. She lived on the same ground where now this apartment is build. She feels safe with “Angie” and “Donna”. Annabelle also requests to paranormal investigator to ask both the girls if she can live with them because she only wants love not to hurt them. Donna and Angie were kind girls, as they were studying nursing they also like to help others.

 After knowing the real story of Annabelle they give her permission to live with them. So Annabelle started to live with them.  Donna and Angie had a friend name Lou. He also started to living with them in other room.

 Lou was not in favor of letting the doll living with them. Both girls accepted the doll to stay their but Lou’s opinion was completely opposite to them. He says that this doll is very dangerous and we should have get rid of her immediately. But Donna didn’t took him seriously and listens to paranormal investigator. She thinks that this doll has a spirit of 7 years old girl, how can she hurt them? She thought that this little girl needs love only. But she soon realizes that she made a big mistake by letting her living with them.

One night Lou was sleeping in his room. In midnight he woke up and found that his body is paralyzed. He was not able to move his body.  Suddenly,  Annabelle came over his chest and started to staring in his eyes. After few minutes Lou lost his conscious. And in the morning when he woke up from the sleep he found Annabelle was at its place.

 Lou was very afraid and discussed this with Donna. She ignores him by saying that you are blaming the doll. She was at its place. One night Lou was alone at home. Donna and Angie were out for a party. He was sleeping in his room suddenly, he hear a noises in the other room. He thought that this might be thief in the room. He checked the other room and found that the room was empty. He went close to the window to check if anybody is outside, he realizes that suddenly the rooms environment changes cold and feeling the presence of someone else.

 He instantly turns his back but no one was there.  He had a very high pain started in his chest. He shouted loudly with pain and found 7 nail scars on his chest. This was done by the evil he was sure now. He left the apartment immediately and called Donnie. He explained her everything and showed her the scars made by the devil. Now, Donnie believes him that this is real now.  And she also realized that this is not something done by the 7 years old.

 She called a priest this time named Father Hegan. But, father thought that he is not the right guy for this task. So he told her that they should contact to some more holy church priest who can do this task. So they called “Father Cook” this time. Father cook called two famous professional paranormal investigators named “Ed and Lauren Warren”.  Yes they are the same investigators of movie “The conjuring”.

 Ed and Lauren came to Donna and Angie, they shared every incident from starting and Lou showed them the Scars on his chest.  Ed and Lauren founds that this is not done by any 7 years old little girl, this is some evil spirit who is fooling them of being a little girl. He wants the body of one of them three and Lou has challenged him by speaking against him that way he is hurting him now.

Donna decided to give away this doll to Ed and Lauren. They took the doll with them and went back to their home.  While on the way to home they put the doll on the back seat of their car.  Both of them felt the hate in the  cars environment. Suddenly, Ed had lost the control over the staring wheel and breaks get failed. But somehow Ed manages to stop the car without any causalities.

 He took out the doll from the car and sprayed the holy water on the doll. Then they get back on their way to home and reached safely. A famous priest named “Father Jason Braded” went to Ed’s home to see the doll and he made fun of the doll by saying that this doll cannot be able to kill anybody.

Ed told him that he should have not said this.  He also told him to call him once he reaches home safely back. After few hours Ed got a call from father, he said that he suffered from a big accident on his way back to home. He was injured badly somehow his life has saved by the god.  Ed decided to keep this doll in the special wooden case with cross and holy water in “The Warrens Occult Museum” in Monroe, Connecticut. 

After few years one of Ed’s friend visited the Warren’s museum and he dares to made the fun of Annabelle doll. After a week he was riding with his girlfriend on the bike. And suddenly the bike crashed with the tree on the roadside.  Ed’s friend died at the incident and his girlfriend said  that they were making fun of the doll while driving and laughing. Suddenly, something comes into the eyes of his boyfriend and he crashed the bike in the tree.  “Annabelle’ the doll is still present in “The Warrens Occult Museum” and famous as the most cursed thing in the world. 

This was the real story of “Annabelle Higgins”. I am sure you have seen the movie also but it was not the real story. It was made with lot of modifications to make it interested for viewers.

Does God Really Exists?

It’s really debateful topic, that challenging or questioning the existence of god. Especially in our country like India, where you can make anybody fight in the name of god and religion or caste.  Anyways, we are not here to discuss something on the religion or caste here as all religions are equal and must be respected.  But, still we are not sure about does god really exists? It’s a big question which is still a mystery for science.

Exceptionally there are few science theories or facts which indicate the existence of God. But on the same side the number of scientists who rejects or declined the existence of god is very large.  We all know science works on the basis of proofs and facts. The theories or algorithms are proof of it. But if we talked to some old Buddhists monks or priests or sadhus in India, they have complete faith or blind faith in the god’ existence. They also said that science is very far away from god’s logic. They have full faith on whatever wrote on the ancient books of god like Bible, Gita, and Quran.

But according to the one of the brilliant minds on earth named Stephen Hawkins “There is no god”. So when people ask him if the god created the universe? He says the question itself makes no sense. He strongly believes that time doesn’t exists before the “Big Bang”. So there is no time for god to make the universe. It’s like asking the direction to the edge of the earth. As we all know now that the earth is a sphere, it doesn’t have any edge. So looking for an edge on earth is waste of time or we can say a useless exercise.  Humans are free to believe what they want to believe. So, people believe what they like or whatever makes them feel hopeful. We cannot decline his knowledge and theories because whatever he says he shows facts and proofs for that.  He does believe in the existence of aliens but he declines about the god’s existence. Not only he, many other brilliant scientists on earth also declines the god’ existence.  Even the brilliant mathematician Sir Albert Einstein was also not in favor of god belief.  According to the Einstein’s handwritten letter auctioned over EBay, sold for $3 million proves that. In the letter he wrote” the word god for me is nothing more than the expression and product of human weakness. The bible the collection of honorable but still primitive legends which are never the less but childish”.  But they also say that there is no scientific proof of no god. They even questioned the existence of Jesus after his death. There is no any scientific proof found after his death that can claim the existence of Jesus after his death. There is nothing any primary source that can claim the existence of this important person” Jesus”.  Well it’s very difficult to find proofs according to the science legends but I am sure people will believe what they want to.

Now we will end this topic with few questions that came in our mind:

1)      If god knows everything we will go to do in future, then we don’t have free will?

2)      If god exists why not he stops every negativity from world and makes peace?

3)       Why innocent people die of no cause?

4)      If everything is pre decided by god then why we are making efforts to things?

5)      If god does not exist then why only we humans have the ability to think and grow?

6)      Why big bang happens?
